Makro TZ Diaphragm Metering pump

Den motordrivna membranpumpen Makro TZMb är, tack vare sin moduluppbyggnad, speciellt lämpad i samband med kritiska media och i explosionsfarliga samanhang. Stort utbud av tillval finns tillgängliga för drift. Antingen en eller två vätskedelar samt en eller flera "add-on" pumpar som kunden kan aptera vid ett senare skede.

Ett membran i flerlagerkonstruktion är kärnan i vätskedelen. Med ett yttre lager av Teflon, ett mellan bärlager av temperaturresistent EPDM vulkaniserat på en stålkärna och förstärkt med en polymidväv. Dess flerlagerkonstruktion

The diaphragm is double-faced and coated with PTFE foil on the gear and work sides. This ensures that even in case of diaphragm rupture no leakage to the exterior occurrs. In case of diaphragm rupture, the dosing medium reaches the area between the diaphragm layers and, thanks to the special sensor area of the diaphragm, there, an alarm is activated. This concept of diaphragm sensing grants reliable dosing even in critical operation modes.
