Technology from ProMaqua: Perfect water quality in the Bernaqua Water Park and Spa

Spread over 18 different indoor and outdoor pools, with 2,000 square metres of pools, the Bernaqua Westside Water Park and Spa truly has something for everyone: whether they are looking for action or relaxation!
The water park features two slides, in addition to the longest covered slide in Switzerland, a river pool with currents, a children's pool and wild water canyon to guarantee an exciting and active action adventure. By contrast, a steam grotto, bubble pool, Asian spa and Roman-Irish steam room tempt guests in to relax.
ProMaqua supplied a total of 37 pumps to the Bernaqua Westside Water Park and Spa. Water is removed from the pools for measuring by von Taine®pumps and is conveyed to four in-line probe housings, incorporating sensors past which the water flows to measure key parameters to ascertain the quality of the swimming pool water: chlorine, pH and redox. These continuously recorded measured values enable all chemicals and flocculation aids required for water treatment and disinfection to be ultra-precisely metered. A total of three motor-driven pumps from the Sigma /1 series, sixteen solenoid pumps Beta® 4 and 5 and fourteen hose pumps DULCO®Flex DF4a from ProMaqua guarantee precise metering.
A further von Taine®pump is needed to flush the filters. The entire volume of swimming pool water flows through these filters and is thereby cleaned of coarse foreign substances.
